How much will my cleaning cost?
We quote based on your service, square footage, condition, and scope. Tell us about your space or book an estimate. You will have an agreed price before the appointment is confirmed.
What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
Standard cleaning covers ongoing upkeep such as surfaces, floors, kitchens, and bathrooms. Deep cleaning adds time for buildup and details such as baseboards, trim, and cabinet fronts. Use the service guide for a starting point.
Do you clean vacant units and newly remodeled spaces?
Yes. Apartment turns and post-construction cleaning have different needs from routine care. Share the unit or project details, completed areas, access, and target date so we can confirm a suitable scope.
Can I schedule recurring cleaning?
Yes. You can request weekly, every-two-week, or monthly service. Commercial schedules are tailored after we discuss your space and access. Availability and the final plan are confirmed with your quote.
Are there services I should ask about first?
Please discuss extra tasks before the visit so they can be included in the quote. Carpet and upholstery cleaning and second-story window cleaning are not offered. Junk removal and property cleanup can be discussed directly with Jason.
